Therapy
At The Mental Edge, we offer a range of therapy services to address a variety of emotional and mental health concerns, however, one of the boutique offerings that sets The Mental Edge apart is that we do not require negative symptoms in order to care for your mental health. We operate on both a preventative and treatment model, and our staff has experience treating a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, OCD, and ADHD

Sport Psychology
