How might your day and your mood be different if you made the conscious choice to experience your day through the lens of gratitude?

It can be easier to cultivate gratitude when things are going well. However, the real key to strengthening the gratitude muscle is to practice gratitude for the hard stuff. Feeling grateful for the challenge means trusting that in some way, that maybe isn’t clear right now, this difficult time (and any difficult time or challenge) will reveal a stronger, wiser, more caring version of you; and these strengthened character traits will be the reason that you achieve the goals that you are working towards. (You will also be able to move through your challenge with less resistance & more joy).

How might the journey to reaching your goals shift if you practiced feeling grateful for the obstacles that inevitably arise?
